Chief Executive
Ian is an experienced association executive with more than 35 years of experience in the maritime industry, as well as 20 years of running associations.

He is experienced in all aspects of association management, including budgets, strategies and acting as a spokesperson on associations' behalf, and is adept at managing multi-cultural staff in multiple locations. An accomplished public speaker, he represents associations at European Commission and International Maritime Organization level.

Simon Gutteridge FIMarEST

Events Director
Simon is a maritime media and events specialist, with 35 years of experience. He has excellent maritime, trade, energy, legal, political and associations’ subject knowledge. He is experienced in developing relationships with key industry, regulatory and political personnel and is adept at representing principals in areas where experience and credibility are essential.

His event production experience is reinforced by a strong commercial background in advertising, sponsorship and revenue stream optimisation. Simon is responsible for producing our clients’ events and is also Chief Executive of ABTO.

Bill Robinson

Publisher
Bill’s maritime publishing experience spans more than 40 years. The trade association magazines he has produced and published include The Baltic, on behalf of the Baltic Exchange, and World Bunkering, on behalf of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA). Other titles include World Shipping, Green Shipping and Maritime Security.

Bill is responsible for initiating, setting up and publishing all our clients’ magazines and periodicals. Currently, these are Bulk Terminals International for the Association of Bulk Terminal Operators (ABTO) and Clean Shipping International.
